I have booked a 2 bed apartment in Florida for Xmas 2009 but can't go. Does anyone have any ideas where I could try and advertise it to sell to someone else?

Did you book it through a Travel Agent, or privately? If the latter, I would get in touch with the owner. He/she may have someone waiting to take a cancellation.

Booked it through a holiday company who say I can get no refund but that if I want to I can get a guest certificate for someone else to go instead of me hence the reason I am trying to figure out how or where to advertise.
