Was thinking of going on a horse trail when in Vegas

Do you think it would be too hot in August to do this?

Secondly has anyone been on one they can recommend - looking for a reasonable price.

Did see this site that looks good but cant find any reviews of it on the net:

We did a horseback trail when we went to Las Vegas a few years ago and used a ranch in Oatman about one and a half hours out of Las Vegas which was absolutely brilliant. Rode the Bright Angel Trail I think and it cost us $30 for the first hour reducing according to how long you rode for. Horses were excellent and guides informative. It was my (then 70 year old )partners first experience of horseback riding and he got as much from it as I who have ridden my own horses all my life did. Hope this helps you
