The Post Office is only best in the sense that in most areas (despite the closures) it's easy to get to. Its rates are middling - certainly not the worst, but rarely the best either.

Try M&S if there's one near you - otherwise a wander round your local High Street comparing rates should pay off. There's no one right answer - it will vary from day to day.
