BA is the only operator of direct flights between Heathrow and Sao Paulo. BA quotes 11 hours 30 minutes outbound and 11 hours 10 minutes inbound.

There are no scheduled direct flights from Gatwick to Sao Paulo. Flying, on scheduled services, from Gatwick to Sao Paulo would involve a connection. The total journey duration would depend upon the route taken and the length of the stopover but it would probably be at least 15 hours. (If you're booked on a charter flight from Gatwick - if such a thing exists - the journey time would be similar to BA's service from Heathrow).
