Don't think any are compulsory, some might be recommended but i went last year and didn't have any and i'm fine. allegedly.

recommended are hep a, polio and typhoid. and in some areas of mexico, malaria immunity is required.

the only thing I can add is malaria if you are going west, but cancun is ok.

keep in mind you insurance may not cover them and some need to be done more then once months ahead of time. i went a couple years ago and ate and drank everything and didn't get sick.
