Well it is famous for making beer so there is a smell of hops all over the town.

Yes there is sometimes an aroma of hops and marmite, but I like Burton on Trent personally, I lived in a nearby village called Tutbury for a few years, well worth a visit, the Coors Museum is very interesting,the shopping centre is very good, and there are lots more lovely villages very close by
