My 2 children of 15 and 13 are due to fly by themselves abroad to visit my parents who live in Spain. ( They have done this over the past 2 years with the approval of my ex-husband.) I have a residency order. Am I allowed to give my parents permission to take the children to France for a week whilst they are visiting them?

i cant see why it would be a problem, i would tell your x husband just so hje knows where they are etc and also if they will be there longer than normal incase it will make him miss some of his time with his children
yes they are your children you can do what you want with them within reson lol, if you trust your parents with your children for a visit then let them go it will do them good to travel and see the world and learn about another culture and give them a bit of independance and by doing that you show your kids you trust them too which is all good stuff
