Does anyone know please whether they will accept Euros in Norway? I know it's not their official currency, but would like to know if anyone has used them there. Thanks.

some tourist shops in the larger cities will probably accept them, but in general you'll need krone.
No, their currency is Krone and they are damned proud of it

Have you tried spending Euros in England......that is your answer
Although you may find shops, etc. that will take the Euro, they will do so at whatever they are satisfied with - this will always be likeliest to favour them, not you. Using a credit card or local currency which you have bought at a fair rate through a money changer will always be best.
