Hello, Its my 60th birthday today and as a surprise present my wife has arranged a three day break in Prague. We are flying out early tomorrow morning (Sun 10th Sept) Normally, I like to plan a trip but theres no time for this one. I have a couple of pressing questions and would also welcome any advice and hints. I had been looking forward to watching the Reading v MANCHESTER CITY game on SKY on Monday evening. Is Premiership football readily available at sports bars/cafes?I've read that cigarette allowance into UK is only 200. Don't the usual EU rules, ie up to 3,200 local tax paid and for personal use only apply for Czech Republic. Are there still hand luggage restrictions on flights? Any info will be greatly appeciated. Thanks in advance

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU

Don't know to the first question not being much of a sports fan. The Czech Republic are members of the EU so the rules re importing Cigs from an EU country will apply ie max 3200 cigs for personal use, if bought tax paid in the counrty of origin. You may be questioned if they are of more that one brand though, as they could suspect they were not all for your personal use. As for hand luggage I would check the website of the airline you are flying with because it can change from airline to airline. I know it is still quite restricted at the moment. I have just returned from Stansted after dropping my son there. They had to put nearly everything in their checked luggage.

Enjoy you break. Jools
Happy Birthday - George and Dragon has biggest Premiership coverage - there's also the Three Lions Pub.

There is a bar on Liliova (very near the Charles Bridge and not far from the Old Town Square) - O'Che's I think it's called - which shows Sky football.

Happy Brithday and enjoy yourself in Prague - have a large Dark Beer and toast yourself a happy birthday!
