Holidays in September?

Hello - I'm looking to go on holiday 1st 2 wks in September. I dont want to go to Europe, however dont want a travelling time of more than 12 hrs from London. Any suggestions for Beach holidays that arent in Rainy or Monsoon season?? I feel like i've looked at virtually every place. Helen
