More or less anywhere if you book early enough. One of the best places for New Year is Hogmanay in Edinburgh, but it might already be too late for that. London is a bit rubbish with NYE celebrations, though I heard that the Ministry of Sound are taking over the dome again this year. I would personally go for some remote and beautiful part of Scotland with a warm fire and a ready supply of the local single malt!

Just a thought, as so many regulars on hee appear to be from Scotland perhaps one of them have room for 20!?
