You'll need to change at the bus station.

If there's a Number 22 bus shown at the airport, take that one to the bus station because it's the fastest. (6 stops, 20 minutes). Otherwise take a Number 9 (20 stops, 24 mins).

Then take Number 1A to Beach Road (4 stops, 4 minutes) or Number 1 to Havre de Pas (6 stops, 5 minutes). In either case, it's just a one minute walk to your hotel from the bus stop.
