The best place to look for advice is on the tenerife TripAdvisor forum. You have to book it via a Spanish website and detail was not easy to find on gov.uk nor the airline. We are in the balearics now and used 15minutetest.com/es which will show you which clinics are participating in your area and how to book an appointment online. It was 30€ each.
The Spanish Airports Authority (Aena) has partnered with a company called Eurofins to provide Covid testing facilities at many Spanish airports, including Tenerife South (which is the principal airport on the island).
You can book an antigen test (for approx €30) online, or by downloading an app for your phone, here:

(If you'll be using the smaller Tenerife North airport though, you'll need to seek out a testing facility elsewhere, as there's not one at the airport).
