Was at a party last night. When the music started, all the women took their shoes off and danced their way on to the floor, they did the same on the way back. Why didn't they walk as normal?

I wasn't there so I can only surmise........

If the women at your party wore the same shoes as women do at the parties I go to, their ruddy shoes were so uncomfortable that they couldn't wait to get them off.

If there is one thing that distinguishes women from men, apart from the obvious physical characteristics, its the choice of footwear. Most men would rather have their testicles gnawed off by rabid rats then wear anything uncomfortable but the fairer sex seem to have a totally different view on the subject. Appearance, envy by other women ,and cost are much more important factors than comfort when it comes to choosing shoes. Its one of those life-long mysteries, along with where the flies go in Winter, that will continue to puzzle us mere men I'm afraid.

While we may not agree on political issues Retro, there is no reason whatsoever why we shouldn't see eye on a whole range of other matters.

The Ale glass might not be such a good idea at my age, and at this time of the night.

The trips to the loo, never easy in a caravan, might prove somewhat inconvenient, to say the least.

I'm not on about the shoes! I want to know why they dance their way on to the floor from where they're sat or standing and dance their way back again. It just looks weird!

How can women walk "normal" when their feet are imprisoned in shoes resembling some kind of medieval torture ?
