Does anyone know if there is a town in the very north of Norway with has both a Railway Station as well as a Hurtigruten passenger terminal? Is has to be much further north than Trondheim.

Bodo is connected by rail to Trondheim, with 2 trains per day, 1 day train and one night train, each taking just under 10 hours. Bodo has a hurtigruten terminal.

Narvik also has a station and a hurtigruten terminal, but the trains run from Stockholm and northern Sweden, only crossing into Norway at the end of their journey.

you can reach narvik from Trondheim by leaving the bodo train at fauske, the bus journey takes about 4-5 hours
In 1974 I spent hours on a train going to Narvik, as it was the farthest north you could go on your Inter-Rail card. But there really wasn't much there so I stayed one night and went back to Stockholm. My memory of that very long time spent in the train as trees, trees and yet more trees !
