Hi, like many 1000's of readers who took up the Express �10 Cruise offer i am still waiting, some readers i have discovered have been on theirs but many of us are still waiting, looks like things have ground to a holt.Also MKM (the company behind the promotion) are now out of the picture and the Express have taken over the whole thing, but nothing heard of as yet.

Any ideas?

Hi mikey. I seem to remember BBC's Watchdog covering this a couple of times with particular individual's stories and a rep from the Express, I think, saying that they would honour the offer. Why don't you contact Watchdog? I think your best bet is to generate some publicity, remind the Express you're still waiting and that you're not going away. Failing that, have you tried Trading Standards? Good luck with whatever happens. Don't let the ******** grind you down!
