Assuming funds in your current account....debit card would be better of the two.
Entirely depends on your financial position.
If you have money in your accounts, go for the debit. If you can afford to load a bit on the credit card, use that.
In terms of charges, you will get charged to withdraw cash with either in most of Europe.

ok thanks guys!!! very helpful x
but remember that in most cases, cash withdrawn from a credit card begins to accrue interest from the date of withdrawal
If forced to use the credit card it would normally be better to use it to pay for things rather than draw out cash
It has to be a debit card surely ? Why borrow money if you can use your own ?
Using a credit card can be cheaper - for purchases - than taking cash (or even paying) from a debit card. Some debit cards have (semi-) hidden fees

Does depend on the specific cards you have.
