Hello

I have completely forgotten the three/four simple steps to recovering a deleted email that has also been deleted from your deleted folder. I know it can be done because I used this function a few weeks ago. I am googling and keep getting software to buy which is not needed.

Please help

Thanks

Out look says that you should go to the Deleted folder and, at the bottom, there should be a button that says "Recover deleted messages". Click once on this, and it will restore as many as are possible.
Greedy do you mean Outlook the new hotmail or the proper Microsoft Outlook, the e-mail client? I know for one not the other.

Microsoft Outlook Prudie - when you do the recover process you can select what to recover and what not too - it is dead easy and I have completely forgotten.
I have MS Outlook 2010 at home and you go on the Folder Tab and half way along is the 'recover deleted items' button but it won't work for me as I use a POP3 account (ie my mail goes into Outlook from Tiscali). At work I have Outlook 2003 and it's really easy, go into your deleted items folder then click Tools from the top toolbar and recover deleted items is in there somewhere, it will bring up a list and you can highlight which ones you want to retrieve. I don't know if that will help you?
