No i dont think so. They wouldn't be still selling the tickets would they?
Exactly what it says!

A 'stopping service' might call at almost every station along the route. The next train to depart from the same starting point might be an 'express service', which only calls at a few stations. Part way down the line (usually while the first train is stopped at a platform of one of its calling stations), the second train will overtake the first one without stopping.

i.e. a train which is overtaken won't be the quickest way to get to your destination (although it may well be the cheapest). Waiting for the next (express) train will get you there quicker.

But please, please, please, don't buy your tickets from that website (or from TheTrainline.com or any similar site). Such sites often charge booking fees (which are unnecessary) or simply issue tickets which aren't valid for travel at all. See my post here:

Buy tickets online is very easy way to book tickets, and it helps you to save your time and exertions. When you are start OR plan for journey, there may be more than one service operating between the Leaving destination and Arrival destination that, IF the Train leaves the Departure station at the same time ( or near by the same time) , but arrives at the Arrival destination at a different time. This is because of different services, Different Route and by number of stops.
For Example: - Train A leaves XYZ Station at 12 am and makes 8 stops along the way, arriving at YZX Station at 12.20 pm. Train B leaves XYZ Station at 12.10am but only stop at 5 stations, arriving at YZX Station at 12.10pm. In this instance, Train A overtakes Train B.
Slower train services train ticket is cheaper than the Superfast OR Express trains, so if you have more time than the money then you can plan for Train A but if you have Good money but No time then you can Plan for Train B, you may be able to save yourself some money on your train tickets Media URL: http://www.irctc.co.in/
