What is the best currency to take to the Greek islands next month please. We have a pre pay card, or what cash? Thanks

The pre pay card is ok if you use it like a debit card but dont take any money from the cash machins as they will be the first to run out if anything happens. I would also suggest taking a Credit Card as they bypass the Greek Banking System, again ,if anything happens you can still pay for things.( The Post Office do a CC which is free to use abroad and takes about 2 weeks to come through ))
