Lead name change

Before I split from my partner last month we had booked a holiday and I was the 'lead name'. I have discovered that my ex went into the travel agents (his friends sisters shop) and changed the lead name and address to his. Is this legal for them to do without my consent?

Have you read the small print on your booking re name change ? i would say he would need your autherisation in writing to do this , see what others have to say on this
If he is doing this in order to cancel the holiday and claim a refund to be made out to the wrong person, then probably not. If he intends a new girl-friend to accompany him in your place, also probably not. But the point is to see if he has made the change fraudulently - for instance by pretending to be you, and - possibly - by forging your signature. If that is what he has done, he and any accessories at the travel agents could be in big trouble.
