i had a call from them about an hour ago and they said at time that it does include remote control

Why? Because they have all that nonsense insurance sticker on the back of HD remotes now?

HD remotes are a little as £8 delivered.
HD boxes no more than about £80-100 new or £50 2nd hand.
Old sky boxes are ten 'a penny.

Who wants insurance?!
