i assume you dont need a visa to visit this country.
but what about the passport, does anyone know if i can visit with only 5 months left on my passport.
by the way i have an irish passport

The Czech Republic is in the EU (and Schengen)

Your EU passport just needs to be valid. No minimum period needed

Any EU passport is always valid for entry into any EU country throughout the whole of the validity started on the document.
