I do not live in the UK,although its easy for me to yes become a UK citizen. In my present country they allow me to be out on travel for not over 3 full months, otherwise undesirable consequences are a government threat .Well,to be truthfull,I live here for like 1 month at a time, most of my time spending in Calcutta,India. So its important for me to know the UK rules before I decide to enter. What are these?

if you are a UK citizen you can go abroad whenever you like.
i'm really intrigued as to what the undesirable consequences are - please tell!
Yes as many times as you want and for as long as you want, money permitting.
Paying some of India's debt off to us? Having his tongue pulled trhough his rear? A swim in the Bay of Calcutta. Two weeks vacation on the border of Pakistan? I can think of many.
If you came to the UK and are not a British citizen, I wouldn't know how often you can come and go - it will depend on why you are in the UK.
my sister, not a British citizen, has lived in the UK off and on and has several times gone away on holiday and come back again. Each time she has had to undergo a lot of questioning - she thinks they suspect her of working, which she is not allowed to do (and in fact does not do). She has not been deported; but it is hard work. If you can take out UK citizenship, do so.
My neighbours are Chinese. Very nice people, and they both work. They have a small child and the wifes mother comes over from China and spends 6 months here looking after the little girl. She then goes back to China and another relative comes for 6 months. This is how it goes, and I did ask them and they are allowed to stay for the 6 months, I think once a year..
Your present country may well make laws about how long its own citizens can stay out of the country - but most (including the United Kingdom) don't.

Most countries have rules on how long foreigners can stay

So which way round are you asking the question? It's not entirely clear.
There are apparently many accommodating European women who will, for a consideration, become your wife so entitling you to permanent residence in the UK, so removing you from the dreadful consequences of your present country's restrictive laws.

The country I live in is Israel.I have though relatives who constantly live in the UK after living for years in Israel.I was born in Estonia,so its comparetively easy for me to enter the UK as a citizen.Calcutta is my "weapon of choice",which means that I SIMPLY PREFFER living there, out of most places, including both Israel & the UK.To make it simple of why do I go to Calcutta-I am more bengali by lifestyle than anything else. The consequences I mention are as follows:I work not in Israel & in case I do not live here for over 3 full months I loose the financial help my government gives me to live.So if I do not come after 3 months I have no cash to pay my bills
