Air Canada operate 7 flights per day between Vancouver and Seattle:

(Air Canada is the only airline with direct flights on this route although the same flights are listed, under a code share arrangement, in the schedules of Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air).

or you could go by train using Amtrak's "cascade" service leaving vancouver 6pm and arr Everett 8-54pm

With advance apologies to the always knowledgeable Chris... it's only about 120 easy, very scenic miles on Interstate 5 from Wancouver to Everett... if you consider the time to drive to the Vancouver airport, board, fly to Seattle, (which is nearly 50 miles beyond Everett) you'd be better off just to rent a car... Welcome to the U.S., by the way!
