I've just got passports for my children. They were 45.00 each (sorry, I've no pound sign on my keyboard) - more if you need to use the Post Office Check and Send service, but I was just very careful when I filled in the forms. The photos are very strict but they do make allowances for such small babies. If you are at all unsure, have her photo taken at somewhere like Max Spielman - they are used to doing babies and offer to retake them for free if the passport office doesn't accept them.

Hi, thankyou for your reply, can you explain what Max Spielman is please? Thankyou
our local photograher takes passport photos and lety you ok them before he prints them. you could also take a normal sized one that fits the regulation then go to asda and have a passport set done (about 80p) and their computer shrinks it all for you.
I had my daughters done when she was about 14 months and had a bloody game in the booth trying to sit her on my shoulder with my head out the way and my other daughter on the floor out of sight. I am sure anyone going past must of wondered what the hell I was doing!! The eldest managed to stand on the stool and be the right height.
