If you have a felony and you have completed with your probation , are you ok to travel to visit cuba?

Ask your probation officer. He/she will know if the travel restrictions the court imposed on you have been lifted.

why not ? I thought it was only the US that gave people problems and its not likely that you would overstay in Cuba.
