You asked exactly the same question (and it was answered) on the 25th January.

I went Easter 2007.
We actually left on the Thurs after Easter, and took the kids out of school for 1 week (with the schools permission!).
other than the first few days, we experienced very little Qing.(I've been before in June, and 45-60mins was the normal wait). Kids in the UK and US were back at school.
As examples: Animal Kingdom - jungle safari ride, 5min wait at 11am, walked straight on again at 5pm.
Everest Ride - my daughter did the ride 3 times on the spin, and it took less than a hour in total.

average wait at magic Kingdom was 10-20mins. (except for the big 3 rides)

I'd really recommend buying a book. I took the Brits Guide to Orlando, and it has great info on beating Q's. It also lists the busiest day for each park, so if you plan it right, you can visit the parks on the quieter days, and reduce your waiting times.

Also worth bearing in mind that the FastPass tickets have changed slightly:
If you get a FastPass for a ride to go back between 10-11am, then you can get a Fastpass for another ride at 10:01.......which means grab the 2nd fastpass before you go to use the first one, and save more time. hope that makes sense. Again the book explains this.

Arrive early if you can. We hit most parks between 10 and 11am, and it helps. At Universal, we were there at 10:30 and had been on Shrek, NickToons and ET before 11:30.
Rush over, and you can enjoy the day.

let me know if you want any other info, I'd be happy to help
looking again at your post, you're away for the busy easter weekend, and Q's can be 60mins, longer for rides like Splash Mountain.
try to do the busiest parks in your first few days, before the Easter weekend.

Use the fastpass options wherever possible

and go to see the shows lunchtimes - you'll need a break from the heat, and a chance to sit down and get a rest too.
