Time in Tunisia

Can anyone enlighten me as to why at this moment the time in Tunisia is the same as here in the UK,yet Spain is 1hr ahead.

Tunisia do not alter their clocks for daylight saving hours

I did wonder if it is that...but they don`t in South Africa,yet there is time difference of 1hr or 2 hrs,depending when you go..At the moment it is 1hr ahead,then in their summer(our winter),it is 2.

Tnisia is in North Africa and is on Central European time

Because they don't follow the same daylight saving as many other countries do on the Greenwich Mean Time.
