Yahoo - photo's not opening?

Hi i have some pics a yahoo attachments sent to me. but they won't open on my laptop, (they do however open on my iphone easily). Logging onto other sites (incl AB) on my laptop is easy and there is no problem with yahoo itself - just trying to open the pics...

I thought deleting the previous history and cookies on my laptope might help but it hasn't ...any clues? TIA

What happens if you download the attachments and then try and open them?

OH and what are they? pictures? documents? what?

hi chuck - they are photo's and it simply says: "message loading" and remains that way forever. as i said yahoo opens fine on my iphone. can u help?

Send yourself a couple of test emails!
One with .jpg, one with .bmp.
My guess is .. they're corrupted.
(This is providing pictures on laptop otherwise open ok!)
