saving firefox addons...?

i am resetting my computer to factory settings, an id like to save as many handy settings as i can

how can i save firefox add ons? - i dont want to have to go through the lists and find again

theres about 20-25!

but i can be bothered finding them all again...i couple i wouldnt be bothered about really, but id like most of them to stay
