hi its me again, got a little problem my laptop is working very well after l got everything srted cleaned up going super, until this afternoon l thought l would send a friend a e.mail well seeing as it was a new e.mail address it was'nt on my contacts and l started from new l got the page up entered the e.mail address l had been given underneath l only put new friends new beginnings it was after this that l then tried tostart my letter with the hi or dear but l could not get anything up my purser whatever its called would not let me begin to type in the end l gave up l even tried a known e.mail address but the same happened l them signed off and ended up leaving a message on facebook for the person, does anyone have any idea l am stumped thank you .
