The MS Office 2003 has arrived (in both CD and USB form).............do I need to remove the existing MS Office 60 day trial?

Thanks Chuck.....I'll give it a go now. I'm impressed with what the seller has sent (so far) she has given some tips and included her email address in case of any problems.

I'm petrified I delete something wrongly..............in the delete programs will it be the one called 2007 MS Office systems?

I've finally managed to install the Office 2003 (wouldn't do it until I disabled Norton). Everything seems okay except when I first open Outlook or Excel I get a warning message " BCM Office Addin - office application version does not match"

Look on programs and features again and remove business contacts manager.

(it may be called something a little different, like office business contacts manager or similar)
