I'm sure i've asked this q before but i cn't find it. How do you change the default font in MSword (who on earth uses TNR anyway). And how do you change the default view to print view rather than reading view?

Go to View (at the top) and select 'print lay out'.

Go to Format (at the top), select 'font' and then choose from the drop down menus your preferred font and size.
