computer reset - can i save the ms gadgets?

i have a few gadgets on my desktop - but not the ones that come as standard...it took ages to find ones i liked an could use...so if i decide to do a factory reset is there a way for me to save them?


i really cant be bothered trying to find them again...the names of some are a bit 'generic' and vague so some would be hard to locate...
