Just upgraded my phone to a samsung tocca lite. touchfone.The back is all in one piece with 2 arrows one at bottom and one half way up but it won't slide up.. I have followed directions as to how to slide back off to put battery in. Is there a knack in doing it . I knew I should have got the man in shop to set it up .Thanks for any help .
prev just upgraded to virgin wireless...any use for the old one?
  
next can anyone recommend good automatic form filling software?

Just typed into google and it said it is one of the most difficult phones to get back off. It said in case anyone else has problems put phone in palm of your hand press down and push. Wow it worked after trying for more than an hour.
