TRYING TO 'REDEEM' VOUCHERS IN iTUNES

Any help appreciated.

Every time I try to ''redeem'' vouchers in iTunes...it 'times out' on me.

Any ideas. Very frustrating.

yes go to the apple sire and follow the track to the support dept, i sell them and have had to pass this on to several customers this last week as the system is not coping with the demand

Hi, thanks dotty on prompt reply. Yeah, that seems to come up on some websites I've read...ie at Christmas times iTunes (great as it thinks it is) is unable to cope.

yes stay calm, the money will be on the card but coinstar who distribute the cards have been swamped, I have the web addy in my diary at work but i know you go to the apple site, then it's along addy that covers the giftcards, sorry i didn;t bring it home now.

On the right hand side of the screen there should be a list of 'quick links' redeem and support are there.
