Jetway TVR Plus Problem

Hi,

Please does anybody have a Jetway PVR Plus TV card....I have installed it no problems, can view and hear the Real Time stuff.....But then in play-back it's really hissy so needs a fine tune, this is where I come to a halt.

According to the booklet simply use the set-up utility--yet in the set-up I see no Fine Tune!!...Please can anybody help as to where the FT is?. There is no UK help desk to call and the web site is in Taiwan with no more in-depth help files.
