Changing My Avatar

I want to chage my avatar. I have an account with Gravatar.com and I see from other questions about this that a link has been offered to google to upload a picture. However, from the millions of pictures on there, how do I make a choice?

The Gravatar account asks for a URL to work from but I don't know any. Any help would be good.

I doubt that you'll find anyone around here who owns up to being 'average' ;-)

I've only ever used my 'Animal' avatar, plus a 'scary' one around Halloween. Other people (like ChuckFickens) seem to be using a different avatar nearly every time they log on!

If you change your avatar on Gravatar, but still see the same one displayed when you view your posts, it might be because the AOL browser has 'cached' the old one. In which case you'll need to clear the cache:
