Where are my jpgs?

What's wrong with my computer? If I create a new picture or modilfy one and re-save it, I then cannot find it when I go back to the file I saved it in! It's driving me bonkers. Sometimes it will appear the next day. But it's never instant. This is really slowing my work down.

have you tried the "search" feature to look for them?

Yes, and it finds it in the correct place, but when I go to upload my picture it is actually not in the file!

Go to Windows Explorer, find the folder where the jpg's are, right click on the one you want and select OPEN. It should open up in the correct program for printing, etc.

I can locate it like that, but when for example, uploading it into Moonpig to use to make a card, it is never there!

Hi Scarlet, when you find the file in Windows Explorer, highlight it then press Control & C together. This will copy the file to your clip board.
Then open Moonpig and press Control & V together and this should paste the file into Moonpig.
