Red Arrows...

Lazing in the garden under a parasol I was disturbed by a loud roar.....It was the Red Arrows just above rooftop level passing by on their way to The Farnborough Air Show.. It made my day...Anything exciting happened in your neck of the woods that you would care to share with us? My wife's watching Eastenders...What a sad ending to a perfect day!!!! x

The most exciting thing which happened to me was that nothing happened-I can assure you that is very unusual.

I buy smoked salmon trimmings from the Co-op. They're only a quid a packet and they're just as good as the ordinary packets of smoked salmon. [:o)

I used to work opposite the Elvington airfield in York and it was an amazing two weeks of watching them all practise for the show..... thats the only thing I miss about the place! They had the Euro fighter there one year - AMAZING :)

The Red Devils did a jump into Dover harbour a couple of weeks ago, that was worth seeing (the jumping skills were good, but some of us were interested in them being very hunky guys...)
