Lost Bookmarks

Windows 7, Firefox, Gmail. I had a good amount of stuff in Bookmarks which I could refer to when necessary suddenly for no apparent reason, they have all disappeared, can any A/Ber instruct how to retrieve this.TIA.

Thanks Chuck for your prompt answer, I opened the worldstart.com page & one of the first instructions is to open control panel & make sure it is in classic view.As I am running Windows 7 I cannot find how to do this, can you please advise.Ron.

At the top right of the control panel change the view from category view to large icons.

You will also find the folder is loacted in C:\users\NAME\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\ Profiles

(Not C:\Documents and Settings\NAME\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles as it says in the guide as that is for winndows XP)

the rest should be the same.
