USB memory stick

I have a memory stick which has a promotion video of a selection P&O cruises on it, unfortunately I don't seem to have a program that will let me open & view the contents on the stick, I am running windows 5
(at least I think I am as I'm not too up on computers) so my question is does anybody know of a program that is a free download that will let me view it.

Thanks chuck, sorry that should have been windows XP (I said I was hopeless at computers) but will try the download anyway and see if that works....

thank you once again chuckfickens, it works well, although this computer has ''Power Cinema) loaded on it but it does not seem to see video on the memory stick but it does see still photos for some reason so I guess that it's me doing something wrong,
but anyway did your suggested download and it works fine, cheers..
