CAN'T LOAD PHOTO'S

I can't load photo's from camera , the computer is not recognising software tried u.s.b & flash card used to sat import photo's but not now. O.K on other Computer

I know you used to be able to share photo albums on Facebook with people who are not members. I sent a load of links to my dad of piccies from various holidays and such but he said he can't view them...
