windows7 bottom toolbar, help with icon showing up in picture form

Hi i have windows 7 and i have always had it working ok,But after reformating it i now dont have say when i open 3 webpages i used to be able to hover over the explorer icon in the bottom toolbar and it would show the webpages i have open in miniture form...But now it just does it in text form and no pic of the pages i have open...Im sure it just somat i aint tick could someone tell me what to do to get it back please..many thanks.....

Right click on the desktop, select personlize and make sure you are using an aero theme.
