Cleaning Print Rollers

Anyone know how to clean the print rollers on an HP C3180 printer / scanner and if this may stop a feed problem. Mine keeps dragging multiple sheets through and printing half on one sheet half on the next consequently wasting both paper and ink. Any ideas gratefully received. TIA

Have you tried fanning out the sheets before
putting them in the feed tray.
They may be sticking together.

Yep! tried that already because they're deffo sticking together some of the time. I think it was A4 paper cut down to A5 and re-packed for the firm I work for. Fanning it out doesn't appear to help though.....I even had to resort to single sheet feeding yesterday, nightmare with 50 sheets to back to back print!
