Right, here's the scenario that i need to ask you good people of AB. Satellite dish outsite, it has acouple of spare connections on the LNB. In the bedroom, we have a new, 22" digital LCD tele with built in freeview.

I believe the LNB takes an "F plug" but the back of the tele doesn't...it takes either scarts or traditional co-ax jacks (the one on the tele is female). Now the cable i have has an "F plug" on both ends....obviously one end goes to the LNB but how do i get the other end to fit into the tele ?

Do i need a freeview box or even a satellite receiver or is there an F plug to male jack adaptor.

Someone please tell me that you know what im talking about and can offer a solution

ta in advance

Unless you have Freesat built into the Telly. You will need a satellite receiver.
you don't

The TV has freeview, this is transmitted via terestal signals and is revieved by a normal TV antenna, not a stallite dish

You need a TV with built in freeSAT to receive signals from a sat dish
