My Sagem MYX-2 mobile has suddenly stopped ringing. If I call it from another phone, I get the message - "Your call has been forwarded to the Virgin voicemail service. The number is not available to take your call - please record..." etc. It`s switched on and fully charged. Could I have accidentally switched to voicemail only? If so, how can I re set it to get the calls?
One other thing - I`m with T mobile, so why are the messages being forwarded to VIRGIN voicemail??
Many thanks.
