Sat Nav (Tom Tom GO 530)

I have the sat nav named above, however, I let my nephew mess around with it, and he has managed to put a password on it. As he is only 10, he didnt even realise. I am presuming I will have to format the harddrive, unless there is a alternitave solution.
I would be highly grateful if somebody could please help me as I have tried everything I could think of, to no avail.
