Ten days after the first SKY+ HD box was installed , the engineer has changed the box for a brand new one.
The old one has a high pitched whine from day one.
Sky have also given me a 10 days charge free period , for the hassle.
The engineer also left a duplicate remote control / battery / cables etc from the box the new unit came in ...so that's a result.
Also new DELL laptop arrived ..xmas gift for wife ....so it's all roses in the garden today :-)
Found a application for my phone and managed to set things on the sky box to record via my phone ....now how cool is that !
